Bookkeeping

To ensure your financial systems are set up correctly from the start, we charge a one-time onboarding fee. Our onboarding process is designed to set your business up for long-term success. This comprehensive, one-time setup fee includes:
- Initial discovery call and needs assessment
- Setting up or cleaning up your QuickBooks Online account
- Chart of accounts setup or optimization
- Importing and categorizing historical transactions (up to 12 months)
- Bank and credit card account linking
- Payroll system integration (if applicable)
- Build vendor and client lists in QBO
- Customized financial report templates
- Basic training on how to review your reports and use QuickBooks Online
